Does Offers Live replace the Sale and Purchase Agreement or Contract of Sale?
No. Offers Live is not a contract, nor does it replace the contract.
It is a pre-contract tool, allowing agents to collect and present serious buyer intent before the SPA/CoS stage. This gives vendors structure and clarity before proceeding to contract.
Are buyer offers legally binding on Offers Live?
Depends on your campaign settings. Each campaign template has the option to set offers as either Binding or Non-Binding.
Can buyers edit their offers once submitted?
No. A submitted offer cannot be edited. However, buyers can copy an existing submission, make edits, and submit it as a new offer.
Can I use Offers Live for multiple properties at once?
Yes. You can run multiple campaigns at the same time. Each listing can have its own timeline, offer settings, and more.
Can I customise what buyers are asked when they submit an offer?
Yes. Each campaign template includes a number of default questions that can be modified and changed, to collect the details that matter most to you and your vendor.
